We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help enhance the safety and well-being of our neighbors.

Community Health Support

Assist neighbors with non-emergency medical needs. This role is intended to provide peace of mind and routine monitoring, not as a replacement for 911 or emergency services.

  • Wellness Needs: Conduct blood pressure screenings and basic health monitoring.

  • Minor Wound Care: Help with simple dressing changes and basic first aid for non-critical injuries.

Home Safety & Smoke Detector Program

Help ensure every home in our community is protected by early warning systems.

  • Equipment Checks: Test existing smoke and CO detectors to ensure they are functional.

  • Installations: Assist residents by installing user-supplied detectors in the proper locations.

  • Battery Replacement: Provide simple maintenance for residents who may have difficulty reaching their unit's.

Fire Prevention & Property Assessments

Work on the front lines of prevention by helping residents prepare their homes for wildfire season and ensuring emergency crews can find them quickly.

  • Wildfire Home Assessments: Walk properties with residents to identify risks and discuss defensible space.

  • Home Safety Inspections: Conduct general interior safety walkthroughs and schedule follow-up visits.

  • Address Signage: Assist with the assembly and installation of highly visible address signs to improve emergency response times.
